Telephone consultations are considered delivered when the consultation begins.
House calls are considered delivered when the doctor arrives at the agreed location.
Due to the on-demand nature of the services, cancellation rules apply as follows:
Telephone consultation: may be cancelled until the consultation begins.
House calls: may be cancelled until the doctor has departed. If cancellation occurs after departure, cancellation fee may be charged.
Payment methods are communicated during the booking process. Healthcare services are generally exempt from Danish VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
Lægelinien ApS processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection legislation.
We process personal data to deliver medical services, manage bookings, comply with legal obligations, and ensure patient safety.
Medical records are stored in accordance with Danish healthcare legislation (normally 10 years). Administrative data is stored only as long as necessary.
Lægelinien uses selected data processors, including booking and IT providers (e.g. Gecko Booking), under data processing agreements.
Access to health information is restricted to authorised personnel only.
