Payment will be captured after you have spoken to the doctor and will appear on your card statement as Lægelinien ApS.
A telephone consultation costs DKK 395–495 depending on time of day and day of week. For holders of a Danish social security card ("yellow card”), it is DKK 100 less.
Yes. Lægelinien is an additional service and is not covered by the public health system for Danes or EU nationals. If you have private insurance, this will often cover your treatment.
It is common practice to inform a patient’s usual doctor when another physician provides treatment. This can also support continuity of care. If you prefer that we do not contact your GP, please tell us during the consultation.
If you have questions about your consultation or are not satisfied with the care received, please contact us by email. Suggestions for improvement are also welcome, and we aim to respond quickly.
Formal complaints are handled through Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed, the public authority for patient complaints.
Lægelinien ApS is insured by Tryg.
You will receive an invoice for our services for reimbursement from your insurer.
