Receive medical assessment, advice, and treatment from experienced English-speaking physicians.

In many cases we respond promptly. Otherwise, a doctor will call you back as soon as possible.

You will receive guidance on how to manage your condition and what to monitor. Medication is prescribed when clinically indicated.

Please note:
For uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women, antibiotic tablets may be prescribed following medical assessment.
Other oral antibiotics and controlled medications cannot be prescribed over the phone.
In the rare event that the expected wait exceeds 2 hours, you may cancel the request.
